BallparkEdge is a subscription-based web application that provides MLB baseball analytics including weather conditions, wind analysis, player statistics, lineup data, and custom scoring models to assist users in game-day research. The Service is intended solely for informational and entertainment purposes.
The Service does not facilitate, process, or accept sports wagers of any kind. Any betting or wagering decisions made using information from this Service are made solely at your own risk and discretion.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including any laws related to sports betting, fantasy sports, or online gaming.
To access the Service, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We use passwordless authentication via magic links sent to your registered email address. You agree not to share your login links with others. Each magic link is single-use and expires 15 minutes after generation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription at the rate of $5.00 per month plus applicable tax, following a 7-day free trial period. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Your free trial begins on the date you complete the signup process. You will not be charged during the trial period. Following the trial, your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Account portal accessible within the Service. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content, features, functionality, scoring models, algorithms, design, and code comprising the Service are owned by Edge Metrics LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, logos, or other proprietary materials.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the Service, including weather data, player statistics, or lineup information.
Statistical models and scores provided by the Service, including the HR Score, are custom estimates based on available data and are not guarantees of any real-world outcome.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDGE METRICS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edge Metrics LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
The Service incorporates data from third-party sources including sports data providers and weather APIs. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data. BallparkEdge is not affiliated with Major League Baseball, any MLB team, or any sports betting operator.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
