• Process subscription payments through Stripe

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising purposes or share it with advertising networks.

We use the following third-party services to operate BallparkEdge. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment card data is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (magic link authentication emails). See resend.com/privacy.
• Railway — cloud hosting and database infrastructure. See railway.app/legal/privacy.
• Open-Meteo — commercial weather data provider we use to power weather forecasts, wind speed, wind direction, temperature, and precipitation data displayed for each game. See open-meteo.com.
• MySportsFeeds — licensed sports data provider. We use MySportsFeeds to power player statistics, confirmed lineups, game schedules, and related baseball data. See mysportsfeeds.com.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

Authentication tokens (magic links) expire within 15 minutes of generation and are invalidated upon use.

We use a single session cookie to maintain your authenticated state after you log in. This cookie is essential to the operation of the Service and is not used for tracking or advertising. It expires after 30 days of inactivity.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising pixels.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), hashed authentication tokens, and restricted database access.
